Return Policy

(a) Return

If any items you purchased fails is defective, damaged or not as described, you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the item you received to the email which you send to our service team in order to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible. Please note items may not be returned only because the item does not fit.  For environmental reasons, each of our products is prepared individually and made to order.  Size charts have been included with all products, where applicable.  Please make sure to review them carefull before ordering. 

Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the items. You can request a return by contacting us at info@wethebay.ca. After receiving the return item, wethebay.ca will issue a refund back to customers' account. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

(b) Damaged Products

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please note that if damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.

(c) Refund

We will process the refund once we've received the item you've returned.

The refund will be returned within 7 days after receiving your return and after verification.  Please check your account.
